Digital Service Policy

ExpatStreamTV provides access to a digital subscription service that is activated shortly after purchase. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The service could not be activated due to a technical issue on our side

  • The issue was reported within 24 hours of activation

  • We were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incompatible devices or insufficient internet speed

  • Temporary outages or buffering

  • Regional availability issues

  • Failure to read service descriptions or Terms

Subscription Cancellations

  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless explicitly stated

  • Cancellation prevents future charges only

  • Cancelling a subscription does not entitle the user to a refund for the current period

Access will remain available until the subscription period ends.
